Girls day in Munich

GIRLS DAY IN MUNICH

After a short day at school, Andrea, Alba and me took the train to spend the day in Munich. We arrived at Marienplatz station and took a walk around the main streets, entering some shops of all type, clothing, photographs, souvenirs.. Alba bought an anime figure she had seen in one of the shops and after a lot of walking we stopped in a café to have something to drink and then we continued our journey.

✩Crosswalks

Something we noticed about the streets in Munich is in many cases either there aren't any crosswalks or there are but it's hard to notice them, since they aren't really painted on the ground... And when there are crossing lights, you have to summon the german-fast-walking abilities or you won't make it!

✩Cinammon roll hunting

For most of the day, we just spent walking around, seeing parks, shops, street shows etc.. And to finish the day we decided to go to a cinammon roll shop which I heavily recommend! They had all type of cinammon roll flavours, personally I got a cookie dough flavour and I would give it an 8 out of 10, since it was a bit too sweet for my taste but I recommend checking it out for youself!

✩Marienplatz and trains

Finally it got time to go back home, yet, we had a bit of a problem with the trains.. The thing is in Marienplatz, which is the train station where we were supossed to take out train, there are 3 levels, and to take our train back to Herrsching we had to be on the second level, but we just saw S8 (For S-Bahn, which is how the trains are called) and decided to get on.. but it was in direction to the airport..
It wasn't that big of a deal, since we got off in the next station and actually got on the right train this time.. But this was the first and definitely not the last time where Marienplatz drove us a bit crazy..
